This container app is your guide to major events such as festivals, conferences, conventions, corporate events, charities, sporting events, touring and other major events.
As an organizer, you can create your own event listings through a simple online dashboard and publish it within MyEventApp to share key information with attendees such as:
~Directions & GPS map with key locations such as parking
~Full listing of all events and key dates with a detail page for each event
~Site layout map
~Admission information and links to online ticketing
~Performer/speaker bios, videos, photos and sharing to Twitter and Facebook
~Links to your social media presence such as your Facebook page and Twitter stream
Invite your attendees to download MyEventApp and select your event to ensure they have all key information in their pocket at all times.
The app may request permission to:
+ access the personal calendar on your device (to add or remove events)
+ post on your behalf to well-known social media services (such as Facebook or Twitter)
+ access your contact list (to send emails)
+ access to your devices location information (to get directions to a specific location)
+ access your devicess camera, and your phone’s images (to take/send images)
+ send Push Notifications to your device
If you do not grant the app permission to access for the above, the app will still work but will not be able to add events to a calendar, post to social media, send emails, find directions, take/send images or receive push notifications.
